"I hired them last year through your website. The quality of the work was very poor - the fence is already loose and wobbly, and worse yet the metal post leaning toward one side now. Called them multiple times within the past couple of weeks and even left messages but got no response and it seems to me they are trying to avoid me. Bad business and no customer support/warranty at all. Not recommended to others. I even referred them to one of my friends, they got a business and I do not why they treated me like that."

"When my father died, I needed to get some work done on his house to address some things that had been long overdue for repair. I hired Andy and his crew for the job which was quite extensive, $20000 of work. They finished the flooring quickly but some trim work inside the house, some staining of trim wood on the outside of the house, and the repair of the small deck on the roof of the house was left for nearly a month unfinished. I learned the reason for the deck being unfinished was because he actually did not know how to do the repair so they were literally experimenting multiple times on a very sensitive part of the house. They finally finished the trim and the staining but the deck remained unfinished after a month and a half and my brother wanted to get more information about why it was not finished and what he was planning to do about it. Andy responded in a defensive and rude matter yelling at my brother for even questioning him and packed up his things and left. I was not available to speak with that day because over this time I had been quite busy and overwhelmed with grief for my father's death and dealing with probate stuff and a massive amount of cleaning and paperwork. When I was able to reach out the next day, he did offer to finish the deck but because of my experience thus far and his experience with how he treats people, I did not want him at the house anymore especially if he didn't actually know how to make the repair (for example we saw the materials he was using to seal the OUTDOOR ROOFTOP deck clearly said "not for outdoor use"). I asked him very politely if he could refund the $3000 out of the almost $20000 that was paid since that was the line item amount on the invoice that was for the deck. He left me hanging for about 2.5 weeks with no response and then emailed me with some passive aggressive denial of any wrong doing. He is not a man of good character and he says he can do work he does not have the skills to do."

Custom One must fix the ventilation for front bedroom/ entryway that is no longer working properly. Custom One shall properly repair all drywall downstairs damaged by their contractors during construction, to include, tape, texture, and finish paint or shall refund client in the amount of $500. Custom One must properly backfill and finish concrete inside hot water closet after final plumbing inspection or refund client in the amount of $300. Custom One shall properly and professionally install two bathroom sinks and faucets (sinks and faucets not yet approved by client). Custom One will properly and professionally install 2 mirrors above vanity (mirror not yet approved by client). Custom One will properly and professionally install tall toilet (tall toilet agreed to but not yet approved by client). Custom One will properly and professionally install exhaust fan in bathroom as well as install bathroom door/hardware. Custom One must competently fix the tape, texture, bull- nosed corners, paint whereas their workers have failed to do so properly and in professional manner, or Custom One will refund client in the amount of $2500. All work must pass final City of Oklahoma City inspection schedule, to include but not limited to: electric, plumbing, HVAC,…. Custom One must complete a proper final cleaning of finished area or shall pay client in the amount of $500. If Custom One cannot fulfill these terms, the client seeks to void contract with Custom One and shall be refunded in the amount of $35,000."

Had a couple of pictures taken of a few soffit panels I needed repaired, he identified more and repaired those as well in heights that I’m far too scared-o-heights to get to myself. Landon and assistant were onsite and wrapping up in the noted timeframe, kept in contact before and during service. Will most likely be using Lando Werx for exterior repairs in the near future if he is available. 5/5 only because 6/5 + isn’t available on this platform."
