"I have 2.5 acres with 20 or more trees and the fence lines overgrown with them. The ice storm did tremendous damage and it took me 6 hours just to clear and haul away the driveway. Randell responded immediately to my email, came out the next morning at 7:30, assessed and quoted me a price. I got 3 other bids, 1 local and 2 from groups from out of town. Randell was professional and personable with a fair price, thatâ s why I chose him. He said heâ d be here on Monday but then the snow came, he called to postpone. Again it snowed on Tuesday and again he called to make sure I was ok waiting until it melted and asked if Monday was good. Well today is Monday, he showed up with his crew at 9am with all the equipment needed, enough men and got the job completed by 2:30. Excellent job! Iâ ll say this about Randell, heâ s not only professional and courteous, heâ s a gentleman. Everyone on his crew was the same. Any time anyone of them saw me, they made sure to speak with me and was extremely courteous. I was a costumer service manager and I appreciated every person on that job. Itâ s obvious to me that Randell is out to build his business and do it with the right people, values and ethics. I canâ t say enough,"
