I'm the sole proprietor so you only deal with me. I can handle most everything when it comes to standard remodeling and handyman work. I will hire a laborer for any grunt work to save you money. I will hire on as a sub-contractor with reputable builders. Terms: You pay for materials, I am paid weekly for hours worked. $25-35 hr depending on location and type of work. I generally don't work by the bid but I do give you an estimated total beforehand.

He also will cut as many corners as possible just to save a buck. Do not hire this company. Save yourself from the headache"
