He explained the process with great detail, listened to my concerns about the conception of the project and communicated in a timely and professional manner throughout! I was reluctant to do any additional work on my house because of previous experience but this time with Will and Providence it was an absolute pleasure and I would 100% call him first before any home project I may have. The crew was on time, punctual, respectful and did exactly what he said they were going to do. My storm shelter was installed in one day and this included taking down and putting back up my fence! The site was cleaned very well and it was like nothing happened to the fence which I was very happy about! Highly recommend these guys! Thanks again!"

"We had an above-ground pool installed last summer, which was (unbeknownst to us) poorly placed and caused immediate drainage issues, including some that caused structural damage to the pool. Nick came out, assessed our property, and created a plan that would allow rainfall to drain *around* our pool rather than underneath it. Nick created swells that diverted the water, he graded the sloppy mounds of dirt that the pool installer had left behind, and he installed erosion matting to prevent future issues. Our yard looked better instantly, but it wasn't until several months later--in the midst of weekly rainfall and flash floods--that we really understood Nick's talent. Every bit of water that fell was diverted away from our pool. The required trench around our pool remained empty as a result of Nick's planning and grading. Our yard endured harsh weather for weeks at a time and was completely fine! We couldn't be more pleased with Nick's services. We're so pleased, in fact, that we're calling him back to build a deck around our pool, since we know he'll pay careful attention to the way the deck needs to work around the drainage pattern of our yard.
