He kept us informed of his findings and also explained how to consider solutions. The issue turned out to be a build of of pollen and dust deep inside the wall unit. He opened it up and removed every component carefully cleaning each surface and crevice. Paul is very personable and considerate. He took precautions to protect our wall and flooring. "He didn't do any air side of furnace replaced ignitor we had loud bang noise it was because we needed the furnace to be cleaned and vacuumed I saw pics from real furnace guy it was full of rust and cresol flakes he never vacuumed anything terrible job never fixed problem"
