"In the beginning I was calling because my toilet kept backing up and my shower would gurgle which scared the crap out of me. CASS came out the SAME DAY I called and OH BOY I was nervous, when Brian said, a mess down there and my cables are stuck. This issue won't get repaired tonight, but my supervisor will be here tomorrow. morning . On the second day, sure enough the Supervisor ROLAND did come out. He was in the trenches along with his employee Luis and did not leave until the first part was repaired. Come to find out ALL the POC in my crawl space was DESTROYED, unbeknownst to me. So here we go, now there would have to be a major POC install. UGH!! The following Friday two different plumbers came. They were on it from 10a-3p. Very nice and communicative. It may have taken three CASS visits, but everything is working 100%. I literally met 6 plumbers and spoke to three assistants. EVERY employee was a blessing. Thank you, CASS Team!! A. "From bad to worse. The day after they primed the pump, I went to use the pump & there was no water. The priming had failed. I made several attempts to contact Pruitt via email, Facebook & leaving phone messages. The one time a phone call actually got thru to him, he told me he'd call back in 10 minutes as he was on the road. I'm still waiting for a call back. This is the worse I've been treated by any business . Astonished to see they did not guarantee their work when procedure failed. Sad thing is, up until now, I thought very highly of this business & their professionalism & the owner. But when a company refuses to guarantee their work and refuses to respond to an unsatisfied customer complaint, something has gone terribly wrong with the business and or owner."

"Signed contract 11/12. Permitting request made; permit issued 1/30/2025. Drywall/insulation work begun almost immediately. Spoke on phone with GC just over 2 weeks ago to review time frame for rest of work. GC stated he planned to meet with me and walk through the following week. Stated painting would begin the following week (this would be the week of 2/10). Neither event happened. Also asked about floor tiling job, as I had outside company doing the job & wanted to let that person know when he could plan on the job starting. GC stated 2 weeks out; that would have been this past week. This didn't happen either. I texted GC 2/18 to ask if we could meet at house the next day. No reply. Called cell # 2/19 requesting call back to discuss lack of recent progress. Emailed 2/21 with same request, reminding him that I'm renting a place & am unable to stay indefinitely. Again asking about time frame on project. On 2/22, texted again, asking that he please call me. Each time I've attempted contact, I've asked him to please call me to discuss project & time line. He has not responded to me at all. This is the reason for my complaint. As of now, I feel left in the dark about whatever is happening or not. He is not communicating to me. I feel like he is avoiding contact. At present, I have no idea what his plans are schedule-wise for the project. It feels like my house project is in limbo right now. For more than a week, nothing has been done inside the house, with no explanation as to why. I think the GC has possibly over-extended himself, due to the magnitude of people needing assistance post-hurricanes and therefore may not have much spare time. But he needs to make sure his customers are being taken care of and communicated with."
