"This company gave us great flexibility. We had our own tiles that we wanted to use for the waterline under the coping. They had no problem with us doing that, did the installation and took special care of the tiles as they are Premium Green ONYX, which has a tendency to break easily until installed. Additionally, they always responded to my questions quickly, regardless of the day, time, or question. I call that "ABOVE AND BEYOND". "I am not a happy customer. I'm not unhappy. I am an accommodated customer. I have four disappointments. I understand how a pool works, but this was my first remodel, and we were going big. Concrete swim-out bench in the shallow end, new tile, heater, new pump, new filter... I wanted a NEW pool. The first issue was the dedicated vacuum line. My pool has one, but it was abandoned. I wanted it fixed. I was told in the quote process that it may cost more to fix it, I said "let me know." The next I heard was at the end of the project when I asked about it and was told they found a leak and abandoned it. Legacy offered to rip up my new deck and address it if I wanted and I almost cried. They actually did have to rip up a small part of the deck to install a new skimmer because it was in the quote. I expressed concerns over drainage around my generator and A/C from the beginning and had to yell at them to get that done. I still have wood shims under the unmounted pump. *sigh*"

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
