"I highly recommend Bars and Tony for home improvement projects. I needed a washer and dryer to be installed in a location without a 240V electrical outlet or plumbing. Tony and I walked through my house together to identify the best approach and locations to install the electric and plumbing. During installation there were a few curveballs due to the age of my home that Tony quickly assessed and developed solutions. Tony is an effective and efficient communicator about project needs and status. The cost for my project was reasonable and competitively priced. I plan to contact Tony for future project needs. "Mr. Betz installed 13 door knobs on my old, old doors. The door knobs were intricate and he worked them superbly! Might seem easy but several other carpenters could not do this job. Although not a large undertaking, Mr. Betz worked me into his schedule, performed the job great, was on time, was clean and made it clear that if anything was not done to my satisfaction, he would return to correct. "Highly recommended! Very honest and professional business. Our washer had multiple parts needed to be replaced. Michael spent several hours in ordering the initial parts and the installation. After he found out that there was one more component broken, we decided not to repair the washer because the total cost would be more than a new washer. He refunded our initial payment in order to honor their company's policy: If they couldn't fix the problem, they wouldn't charge the customer. We were thankful for having worked with Mr. Appliance."
