"I had a horrible experience getting a new roof from HomeRenew360's project manager Idan Mizrahi. My contract called for closed-cut valleys, but Idan did open-cut valleys instead w/o getting my OK first. Idan said if I wanted closed-cut valleys, I would have to pay to have the roof ripped up and redone. That's a lie, because every contractor knows you can't make a change like that w/o getting the homeowner's OK first. Several rafter tails on my garage were obviously rotted. I asked Idan about them, and he said "that's painting." That's another lie, because the roof rests on those rafters. So now I have a new roof resting on rotted rafters that should have been replaced/repaired after the old roof had been taken off. I trusted Idan and got burned. At the end of the project Idan said he had to charge me extra $ for lumber. I showed him in the contract where it said wood would be replaced AS NEEDED, not as needed up to a certain amount. Stay away from HomeRenew360 and Idan Mizrahi!"

We do not provide any services other than stucco including drywall, painting, and tile. We have a minimum of $650, cost goes up according to size and scope. New stucco, which includes color matching and a variety of textures, such as 16/20, 20/30, and 30/30 Sand Finishes, light, medium, and heavy Lace Textures, Cat face finish, Smooth trowel finish, and Acrylic stucco finishes. New construction lath and plaster, foam or light-cast shapes for window, door, and stone caps for cosmetic design, and scaffold installation. We also handle interior patching, interior lath and plaster, and Venetian plaster.

Traditional stucco repair or partially replaces FAQs

You may also find that the drywall inside your home, below windows, feels soft. This indicates moisture behind the stucco, damaging your home's walls from the outside in.
You should inspect your stucco at least twice a year to identify any early signs of damage. Regular evaluations allow you to catch issues such as small cracks, discoloration, or moisture buildup before they escalate into extensive repairs. Consistent monitoring ensures that your home’s exterior remains in top condition, saving money on more costly repairs later.
The process for repairing stucco damage begins with the removal of all loose and crumbling material, followed by a thorough cleaning of the area. After dampening the surface and applying a bonding agent, new stucco is applied in layered coats with sufficient curing time between each layer, and the final texture is matched to the surrounding surface. This method restores both the appearance and protection of your exterior.
