"We have used His Workmanship 2 times with completely different experiences. The first could not have gone better! The crew was exceptional—such hard workers! With this in mind we had very high hopes for this recent visit; however, we could not be more disappointed. This crew did not seem to accomplish a whole lot in the 3 hours. Their work was sloppy—they left trimmings all over the porch and bed, and bushes were not cut cleanly (lots of uneven pieces sticking up). They did not even bring any equipment. The most frustrating part however was how things were handled from there. The His Workmanship website states very clearly that ALL email is answered within 24 hours—Eric, the owner, has always been quick to respond in terms of questions about coming out for a job, and yet, when we emailed him (2 times!) asking to discuss this recent less-than-stellar performance he completely ignored us! It’s been 2 weeks and no word whatsoever. This is unacceptable customer service! Sadly, it seems, they only respond when it profits them. If we could have had a simple conversation, the company might have kept our loyalty and business! As it stands we are upset and especially disheartened from this experience—this is NOT a good reflection of HIS workmanship!! We honestly chose this company because they stand apart as an upfront Christian organization. We really love what this is supposed to be based on! The whole premise of the company leads us to believe they have integrity and are a service that stands by its work, is trustworthy, and one that treats its customers fairly. How very disappointing to be treated otherwise. From this experience we would NOT recommend using this company!"

"Truly a full-service company - we just had our 6th project completed by Closets by Design last week. Our installer, Jake, did a fantastic job, taking his time to make cut outs for the outlets. When the project was completed, he made a recommendation that we have a trim piece along the desk. Our house is over 100 years old and the floors and walls are uneven (especially in the corner where we had this desk placed). He discussed options, placed the order, and had another tech come out today (the next business day) to install the trim piece. It was the perfect finishing touch and we could not be happier with how this project turned out. We had intiially ordered a desk from a furniture company, but the shelf and drawer sizes were all wrong and some of the drawers didn't open all the way. Closets by Design gave us the option to purchase a truly custom desk."

DittoBee is a national photo scanning plus audio and video transfer service company. All photos are scanned in the USA and are never shipped over seas. We digitize photos and save them to a DVD or CD using the latest scanning technology. We have packages starting at $55 for 200 photos and also offer solutions for larger orders. Once a customer places an order on our website we will email them a prepaid UPS shipping label and packing instructions on how to send us their photos. When the photos are received at our facility we carefully scan them and return the originals to the customer along with a DVD with within 3-4 weeks. "I would give zero stars if I could. This company is absolutely terrible. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A SMALL MOVE, DO NOT BOOK HERE! I had a small move (approx. a studio apartment’s worth) from PA to OH and booked my move over a month ahead of time. I was told that since I had a small move, my stuff would have to go on a truck with a larger shipment - understandable. They gave me the “standard” 3-week delivery window, but I was told by Luke that they would “work with me on dates” and that they would have “no problem getting it there within a week”, most likely 1-3 days. Those were complete lies. I also tried to be as flexible as possible and gave them multiple options for days for pickup. As the weeks went by and it got closer to my moving date, I periodically asked for updates on dates. I got no answers. One week away from when I was supposed to move, I still didn’t have any idea when my stuff would be picked up or delivered. All Luke would tell me was “no update yet”. At this point, I had to scramble last-minute to book a different company. LESS THAN ONE WEEK before my move, I cancelled with Allied and only AFTER CANCELING did they FINALLY give me POTENTIAL dates. Terrible communication and customer service. Book somewhere else!"
