"I asked for help on Yelp where a Rat got stuck in my air condition system the exterminator told me I'd have to call the company to come out and remove the unit, not only did Chris call very fast he came out very quickly and said that very unusual request but will be able to do it and remove the rodent acid wash the unit and even did the second unit where he didn't have to this is a great company and I had given my daughter his number to get in AC unit they wanted in the house because you could trust this person 100% a great company and a great person"

"Came back from vacation to find our A/C was not working. In this hot weather we were looking to get the repairs done quickly. Spoke with Jeremy at Titan and expected to have to wait a couple of days. Instead, he came out first thing that morning, assessed the nature of the malfunction, obtained the necessary parts for repair and we were back in business before it started to get hot that same day. Excellent service with full explanation of the problem and how to repair with estimate of cost before he got started. Highly recommend. We will have Titan work on our annual A/C service going forward."

He was Punctual, knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions and told me what supplies were needed. His employee Clayton completed the project and took the additional time to make adjustments to our countertop to ensure the sink fit properly and made sure everything was working correctly. He also cleaned up after completing the job. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship and courteous manner of Authority Plumbing. Would definitely recommend."
