"Brad and his team did a fantastic job removing our popcorn ceiling and finishing it with a smooth finish. His team was very flexible and was able to get the work done while my family and I were still living in the house, which was no easy task. Overall his team was great, did excellent work, accommodated our needs, and did the work at a fair price. "C and L Landscape, Irrigation and Builders demoed old popcorn squares in the front door area and replaced with pavers. Did an excellent job--not only installed the pavers but pressure washed my drive way and installed mulch around the pavers. This is phase one, phase two is the backyard area. Three will be 3 phases altogether instead of doing all at once which is great for me as I can pay cash as we go. Great people, started on time and finished on time."

"Black Water Construction is incredible. We hired them to build a two-level 650 sq. foot deck off the back of our home. Not only did they come in on budget and on time, they also allowed us to make changes throughout the project. From the first day, Marcus came by to speak with us until to the final day when Caleb stopped by to make sure we were happy with the entire job; we have been overly impressed by this company. The whole crew, including Chris, were professional, courtesy, and respectful throughout the building process. The quality of the deck is solid and finished with high carpentry skills. It is so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. They captured our vision for this deck. We have had several visitors over to our home since it was completed, and every one of them has had the same response,and Wow.and The price of the project was very fair and reasonable. I can not imagine any company doing a better job than Black Water Construction, Inc. I recommend them and will be using them again in the future. Not it is time to start enjoying the fall weather sitting outside. Thank you, Caleb, Marcus, and Chris."
