"This company took 4 hours to move enough to fit the smallest U-Haul you can rent. They damaged the door frame by hitting it with something of mine, put a hole in it, and did not say anything. My fur could be damaged for all I know. It was already wrapped for storage. Lucky for me, my daughter saw the damage while we were at the storage to unload. I confronted them, and the office promised me they would send someone to repair it before my move-out day. No call, no show on the days discussed. Since I moved, they took it upon themselves to ask for the landlord's contact information to arrange the handyman to repair the damage, but they never called to arrange anything and have ignored the issue now that they have been paid the overpriced cost to move my items by taking their time, talking, flirting, etc. I would never use them again and advise you not to. I have moved on several occasions and never experienced this. I had that entire house moved on a huge Uhaul in half the time it took to load that small truck, as I sold all my bedroom furniture and gave my living room furniture and washing machine to my daughter, and it still took over 4 hours. Do not use this company."

I would never have hired them knowing that. They more than 1/2 loaded their truck with my belongings then rushed me through signing a contract which apparently contained this language unbeknownst to me, they certainly didnt state it verbally. They arrived early afternoon on a saturday and worked late into the night completing the move. The movers were very nice, but clearly tired. I asked them to do the right thing to replace the one item that cant be repaired and they refused. You should hire a mover that has insurance sufficient to cover replacement costs of items they break, esp if they cant be repaired."

"Overall good experience. Only reason for 4 stars instead of five was due to some of the furniture requiring reassembly due to the movers assembling some items incorrectly. Though we were pleasantly surprised by the four man moving team rather than the 3 man we originally planned for, would ask that all members on site are working as there was only one member who consistently took breaks while the other members worked. Was told that all furniture would be disassembled however this was not the case. Would ask that there be more consistency from what the management office promises will be done and what the mover team does."
