He was down to earth, direct and made the process easy to understand. (After measuring the house, he gave me an estimate before he left.) No sales pitch; I just wanted a roof, done right. I had the feeling if something were to go wrong, Dean would make it right and not take advantage for more $$. When Mark showed up with the crew, he was very clear of the process and let me know the most economical way to go with repairing any dry rot. The crew were great in getting the job done in three days. (Hard workers!). And, I'm embarrassed to say, they left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. The roof looks great! P.S. "They did what they said they would do and completed it when they said they would. I have a concrete tile roof and an insulated aluminum patio roof. They pulled the tiles and cleaned all the valleys on the roof, then resealed the patio roof. The workers were very courteous and did a professional job, start to finish. They offered an upgrade for the patio roof seal, but didn't pressure me when I elected to stay with the original offer. I'm glad they were able to complete the job before the rains came. So far, everything looks great!"
