In business since 1982, tree felling and property management have become a Liberto family tradition. As founder, Bob's hard work with the tree service steadily grew the business from Clarence to service all of WNY. Part of a family of 8 sons, each brother has been involved in the family business at some point throughout their career. Continuing the tradition, Paul proudly purchased the business from Bob in 2014. He understands that the best way to grow a referral-based business is by exceeding customer expectations. As a fully insured company with over 30 years of experience in the field, specialized equipment and tree felling expertise, our team will work with you to create a plan for your property based on your vision and our experience. Together, we shall determine the best course of action for each tree on your property based on their overall condition and health, typical growing patterns, and placement in relation to any significant structures, access points, and/or landscape design. As a company that has earned an A Rating on Angie's List, we strive to maintain excellent customer service, competitive pricing and our assurance that your property will be in "pride of ownership" condition, due to the fact that each employee has a vested interest in the finished product. To expand our capabilities, we consistently reinvest in our business. Our latest purchase is a "Spider Lift" which fits into a 39 inch opening and allows us to reach over 75 feet.

"The owner Chris was very quick to come out and quote the job. I asked for a contract be written up and Chris told me he would bring one when he came back to start the job. Initially Chris and his crew worked extremely hard and did an excellent job. Because of this I made the mistake of giving Chris some (cash) money up front to help him out, feeling that he was trustworthy since his crew was so diligent and worked long hours while on the job. After a few times at my house - and his stump grinder supposedly breaking - Chris asked if I could give him more money up front because he had the opportunity to buy a used stump grinder for $2,500. At the time my family was going through 2 very serious health crises and I made the mistake of never getting the written contract, and giving him money before he had completed the job. A few days after giving him the money for the stump grinder, Chris showed up, packed up all his equipment and left without finishing the job. I've since been unable to get in touch with him either by phone (2 different numbers) or by email. I still have a few trees that need to be cut down, brush ground up, and all the stumps he contracted for to be ground down. A few of the trees that he cut down were left with their trunks very high and unsightly. Unfortunately I will eventually be hiring someone new to finish the job. Save yourself a lot of trouble and find someone else. Trustworthy people do not take advantage of others when they know they are in a vulnerable state."
