M&M Home Remodeling Services is a locally owned and operated, licensed and insured general contractor with more than 30 years experience in the home improvement industry. We have completed jobs throughout Southern Wisconsin, including Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Lafayette, Richland, Rock, Sauk, Walworth and Waukesha counties. "This is the second major home improvement project I have had done with Sunset Ridge Exteriors. Original work was window replacement, which was done professionally and timely. After the experience I had with another window/door contractor, Sunset Ridge was a breath of fresh air. I was impressed enough to call no other contractors when i needed my Siding and Roofing redone. Roofing was a necessity, Siding just needed to be done to match the timing. I chose a high quality Black shingle and a High quality insulated vinyl siding in blue. The prices were a bit higher, but they came with lifetime warranties, which made it worth the tag for me. The installation of the roof took one day. I have a smaller house, but regardless of that fact, they replaced actual boards in the roof that were too worn to keep, and fully shingled the roof in less than a business day. They were flying. The siding took longer as you would expect, but was done with such a professional level of attention to detail (framing hose bibs, color matched caulk, framing power boxes), I have been floored each time I walk around the house. They worked with me to coordinate a smooth installation, alongside my solar panel contractor, so the gutters wouldn't go on until the solar panels were up, avoiding damage or superficial marks. Everyone listens, provides options, and communicates well when something needs to be changed/moved from the original plan. Mike is my kind of salesman, Matt is a wizard, the crews that changed my house were masters of their craft, and of course, Fran is an absolute delight each time you get her on the phone. All of their support staff are great, but Fran takes the cake. She's a hoot. I'll be seeing these folks again next year when I replace my door. No one else will even get a call."

"We had our roof and siding done after a hail storm in 2022. After a few months we decided to have our roof inspected and there were a few problems brought to our attention. Holes that were caulked over and shingles that were lifting. Our siding also was falling off in places and warping. We submitted a claim, got a phone call that someone would reach out. A few weeks went by and nothing. We reached out to our contractor and he came out and looked at the issues and said it would all get taken care of in March. March has came and went, I contacted the contractor at the beginning of April and he claimed everything was ordered and should be in later that week. Here we are May 11th and we haven't heard a thing. Communication has been lacking and the quality of install was poor."
