"This is the second major home improvement project I have had done with Sunset Ridge Exteriors. Original work was window replacement, which was done professionally and timely. After the experience I had with another window/door contractor, Sunset Ridge was a breath of fresh air. I was impressed enough to call no other contractors when i needed my Siding and Roofing redone. Roofing was a necessity, Siding just needed to be done to match the timing. I chose a high quality Black shingle and a High quality insulated vinyl siding in blue. The prices were a bit higher, but they came with lifetime warranties, which made it worth the tag for me. The installation of the roof took one day. I have a smaller house, but regardless of that fact, they replaced actual boards in the roof that were too worn to keep, and fully shingled the roof in less than a business day. They were flying. The siding took longer as you would expect, but was done with such a professional level of attention to detail (framing hose bibs, color matched caulk, framing power boxes), I have been floored each time I walk around the house. They worked with me to coordinate a smooth installation, alongside my solar panel contractor, so the gutters wouldn't go on until the solar panels were up, avoiding damage or superficial marks. Everyone listens, provides options, and communicates well when something needs to be changed/moved from the original plan. Mike is my kind of salesman, Matt is a wizard, the crews that changed my house were masters of their craft, and of course, Fran is an absolute delight each time you get her on the phone. All of their support staff are great, but Fran takes the cake. She's a hoot. I'll be seeing these folks again next year when I replace my door. No one else will even get a call."

He also gave me his cell no. to call him at any time with concerns that I might have. The company was very timely in every aspect - securing the materials, contacting me to set up times, and following up to check my satisfaction. The two workmen, Chad and Jeff, showed up promptly at the scheduled time on the day of the installation. They diligently worked for 6 1/2 hours straight, removing my clawfoot tub, tearing off the wainscoting, putting in new surround, building a wall, and putting in my new tub/shower with shelves, curved rod, and two safety bars. They were able to work this in around my window, which was vital to me. Nick, the master plumber, came in to take care of the new plumbing needed, and was very thorough and efficient. Chad and Jeff were very courteous and cleaned up absolutely everything before their departure. It's amazing what three men accomplished between 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
