Gerry was extremely knowledgeable and greatly assisted us in the over all design of the bathroom remodel. He was amazing to work with, and was always reachable via text. He and his team were here every day promptly and we couldn't be happier with the end result of our bathroom. Complete gut and remodel, as well as con eating a top to a shower. "Josh fit me into his busy schedule, which was great, but there were major miscommunication issues. When we did a walkthrough, he gave me a quote that I agreed to; when he sent the contract, however, the quote was $10k higher than he had stated. I agreed to it because I needed the work done ASAP, as my previous contractor had cancelled at the last minute. Josh gave me a small refund for not doing one part of the job but refused to correct or refund me for multiple items that were done incorrectly. Now I am spending thousands of dollars to fix things that should have been done in the first place. One of the contractors I hired to repair the work said he was appalled both by the shoddy job and the lack of recompense. I do not recommend this company."
