"Communication was great. They came when they said they were going to, fixed my washer and now no more leaks, and it?s working much more efficiently now. Would definitely recommend."

"Excellent service! I don't usually write reviews, but this company truly deserves it. They saved me money by fixing my dishwasher part instead of replacing it. Highly recommended!"

Appliances (All Types) - Repair or Service
"The technician Kevin identified the problem in our 13-year-old Maytag FAV6800 as the bearings in the motor. The grinding noise during the spin cycle prevented the motor from reaching right rpm speed. Likely he indicated that the transmission seals cracked and allowed water to get on the bearings, rusting them. He was honest in saying the cost (more so labor than parts) to replace the assembly was higher than the value of the machine presently and said to get another washer. He recommended some brands and brands to avoid due to their only 3-5 years worth of service. I thanked him for his honesty and gladly paid the diagnostic fee. Highly recommend them."
