"Carlos and his team were absolutely fantastic! I had a significant leak under my home, and he was the only contractor to respond quickly. He provided multiple detailed options for additional work I had requested (copper re-pipe and connection to the water main, sewage line repair) and was not pushy about any particular solution. Every step of the way he explained why he was doing what he was doing and showed me the progress; I learned a lot in the process! The piping in my crawl space is now up out of the way and was beautifully done. Carlos even updated some of my outside valves and was very thorough about back-washing all the sinks and cleaning the filters to remove any leftover particles in the lines when the work was complete. Most importantly, he showed up when he said he would, completed the work when he said he would (just 2 days), made repairs to my irrigation system, and put everything back the way it was (including my yard!). So glad I went for the updated piping; it has made a world of difference in my water flow. I would absolutely call High Tech Plumbing for any future work and I would highly recommend them to friends and family."

We are in an older house, and the installation of mini-split units with a heat pump was the most efficient solution to our heating and cooling situation. John, Santiago, and Jose provided expert installation. They were extremely efficient, and also tireless. Santiago and Jose came and worked into the night on several occasions to make this project work on time. They also handled carpentry and repainting. In the end we have an efficient, highly effective new system. These gentlemen were extremely pleasant to work with and totally accommodating of our schedule. I would definitely recommend them again. I should mention that this installation was a major economic commitment, and we are totally satisfied with the work and with the relationship we had with John and Alanis."
