Bracing for some crazy expensive bids, I obtained four of them. One was actually crazy; of the other three, I chose Fito for their very professional proposal and excellent value. On the day of the job, they pulled up fully equipped and ready to roll, and knocked it out in a day. Added to that, the entire crew, to a person, were so courteous I considered it a bonus. Satisfied? So much so I had them replace all the drain lines under the house the next day, again for an excellent price. Don't get upsold, cross-sold or down-sold; I believe you can trust this company to do your job correctly and honestly."

The turn around came when the owner, Ron, followed up with me to make things right. Ron reimbursed the full $500. for carpet cleaning and pad replacement. He debriefed with his employee to make this a learning experience. I believe that was the right thing to do. Ron earned my recognition for being responsible about the work his company does and the reputation he is building."
