"Devan was the project manager who came to closeout my original roof project. He then noticed that because I had gotten a metal roof that it was recommended I upgrade my gutter system. From start to finish Devan has been fantastic. Staying in constant communication and answering all my calls and texts. Even handling every lil issue I had and making sure I was nothing but satisfied. Even taking the time on his last day in The production department(he was promoted, as he should be) to come closeout my gutter. Devan and Caleb and all the home Genius employees are the reason that this company truly is a different t experience. "I had Ed put on a new roof. His crew repaired and replaced many boards before installatalation. The flashing on the skylights and chimney looks great. I had Ed do a garage and attached sunroom a year earlier. He did such a fantastic job I had to have him back to roof the main house. Care was made to protect the grounds from falling shingles. Clean up was meticulous. So I give Ed and his crew a AAAAA rating.!"

"Roof and skylight went great. Just like the other two roofs I had them do in the past. The Bay window looked like a third grader had done the job, in fact they originally left the flashing with several (six or more) nails bent over and the metal flashing dented by there hammers. Brian did come back to look at it and made an attempt at fixing....while it looked better afterwards,(he covered the flashing in the center part where nails were bent and flashing damaged by hammer stirkes) it still did not look right and Will County failed them on the job. Brain became vary angry and basically refused to do anything further. I have had to hire another company to repair the damaged flashing on the window and re shingle the bay window at an additional cost of $500.00. I have pictures to show the window before and after the job, should anyone be interested."
