"Ronnie came out to look at the job and knew immediately why the window had cracked. The price to replace it was very reasonable and the replacement was completed in less than half an hour. Ronnie also went above and beyond in explaining the different types of glass I could use and tested the adjoining windows to make sure they were low E-glass, which is what he recommended for the picture window.
