"I had an estimate from a franchise company. Then Derek from Capstone came and inspected the attic but was not able get inside all the way. He returned 2 days later to cut pieceof wood that was blocking his entry. The other company was little cheaper but i decided to go with Capstone because he did a thorough inspection and I realized he knew what he was doing. He kept me informed about the date. Two guys showed up on time and knew exactly what they had to do. Nate and Josue got zo work. They were ery helpful and cooperative. They vacumed all the all onsulation. They returned next day , checked the pressure for leaks. They swaled all air spaces lĺinstalled new insulation. Cleaned up ,showed is video and photos. Grest job Nare and Josue,thank you a ll."

"Dennis and his crew are awesome! I called Dennis because I had condensation coming from an electrical outlet in one bedroom. In addition, my pantry and closets would always feel humid and warmer than the rest of the house. He came out and diagnosed the problem in an honest, professional manner: it turns out the builder of my house never did the air sealing under the attic insulation, so he took care of that. I also had him do wall-injected insulation on the wall that is hit by the sun all day, as well as add more attic insulation for energy efficiency. Dennis is responsive, knowledgeable, and won't sell you stuff you don't need. I'll be recommending him to neighbors who have houses built by the same builder, and who probably have the same problem I did."

"Don’t call any other contractors! Carlos can do absolutely everything! We had soft flooring in our bathroom near our toilet and after another company told us there was no problems, Carlos came out and immediately tore up the flooring and removed the toilet to reveal a leak in the sub flooring and mold behind the walls! He was able to return after letting the exposed flooring dry within the SAME WEEK! And replaced the flooring in the bathroom as well to avoid any future problems. While fixing this one problem he discovered a leak from our kitchen sink underneath our home which he fixed as well! He also fixed our main water valve as it was rusted over! The next week, Carlos came back to do the kitchen flooring for us as well while also installing support underneath our heavy sliding door to our patio! Next week he came to do our second bathroom flooring! And the next week even through the holidays he came by to install led lighting underneath our kitchen cabinets as well as change three of our outlets to GFCI! If you’ve got any home problems whatsoever Carlos is your guys! Whatever you need done he can get done for the BEST PRICES! Don’t waste your time with anyone else when Carlos can be your reliable contractor all year round!"

"TLDR: Keep to small jobs. I was looking to remodel bathroom for labor only, & HC came in as the lowest bidder. I had already bought fixtures & would buy tile. HC gave me a list of what else to buy. The first worker was messily doing questionable quality work & taking longer than estimated to do it. It took another worker refusing to put their name on it for HC to take my concerns about quality seriously. Got a new person in who demoed everything to start over. I truly appreciate the effort of this redo (hence 2-star), & it was going much better, if with some cosmetic concerns later on. Then got hit with a change order- for an understandable found issue, but also for tile style (I was told wouldn't change cost). I also had to buy more than was HC's initial list, & had descoped to help offset cost.
