She was quoted for the full system replacement and did not receive that, but they charged the full $2200 and tried to itemize the difference with parts marked up 1000% and $500/hr labor. Guy was creepy and took advantage of the situation. I called to try to sort it out and never got a call back after three attempts. I would avoid this business."
