We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."

We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Most drain cameras can only go 330 to 350 feet. Drones can go much further, traveling several hundred feet under your property. Your plumber will determine the best drain to use for the scope and run the device until they discover the source of the problem or reach the end of the private line connecting your home to the municipal sewer.
Without proper training, you may not be able to identify what you see during the sewer video inspection, even if the video quality is high. Ask your plumber to walk you through the inspection and show you what they find. Modern equipment often contains bright lights and self-leveling technology to get an upright view of the pipes.
Inspecting a home’s sewer lines with a camera is a quick job, usually taking a professional sewer inspector just 30 minutes to an hour to complete. It might take slightly longer if your sewer lines are particularly long or if your pro has issues accessing them.
