"From the first meeting to the final one, they were very professional and personable! We needed a whole fence replacement, the existing one was very old and unstable. They came out and got measurements quickly, we wanted cedar and got a quote within the hour, we also inquired about different types of wood fences and they were quick on the quotes for those as well. We went with the cedar fencing. Concrete and Remodeling Reyes not only replaced the fence and gate, they got behind 2 existing sheds with little room for movement to complete the job! They cleaned up and hauled away the old fencing, we are definitely satisfied and will recommend them to anyone that needs fence upgrades and service! The entire job took 3 days from start to finish! "

"TPM is an excellent company to do business with. They built my fence on the property just after I bought it so that I had a run for my dogs. Fence and three gates are very solid and one of them is large enough for my 48” riding mower. In other words the work they do is customized to your needs. They also built my 24’X 36’ workshop and I could not be happier with it. My only regret is that I did not have TPM pour the concrete slab as they would have done that work cheaper and the quality would have been far better. TPM just recently added a 10’X24’ lean to shed for my workshop so that I can now store my tractor out of the weather. There is nothing I would not trust TPM to do for me and I would give them the highest recommendation. Really good people doing excellent work!!!"

The placement of your fence posts depends on the fence height and material. Generally speaking, it's better for the fence if your posts are closer together.
To avoid upheavals or other issues, bury your fence post so the depth exceeds the frost line, or about one-third to one-half of the aboveground height of your post. Check with your local code requirements to determine the right depth for your home since it varies by location.
If a fence borders your neighbor’s property, you must inform your neighbor in advance about the installation. You share the responsibility for repair and maintenance in such cases, so both parties are held accountable by local regulations. It is essential to confirm your local code requirements and documented agreements to avoid future disputes and ensure clear responsibilities.
