"On the phone Tommy, appear to really want the job and was very cordial and polite, but in person was not a good listener and over talk you, not always professional with remarks or comments, in person. Removed some existing materials and had to later return I was disappointed with the attitude by the owner the job came out almost as envisioned the design, the workmanship was fine. Just make sure they clean up well afterwards so you don't have to make a follow-up call."
