"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"

"Moshe, Mickey and the guys at Construction Masters did a stellar job on our huge home remodel. We added a second story to our small 2-1 craftsman bungalow in Westwood, nearly doubling it in size. We also moved a kitchen and living room wall and completely gutted our very old kitchen. We basically rebuilt the entire home, while doing out best retain and restore the character of our older home. We had tried to start this process over a few years, running into snags and unethical contractors along the way, and are so happy that we landed in the capable hands of this team. "This company remodel my bathroom and kitchen, the bathroom was not too bad apart from causing a leak and making a whole in the newly plastered kitchen ceiling and then tried to blame my gasman. The kitchen is a different story, after having the keys to my house for nearly 4 weeks when I wen to see the kitchen it was like a building site, the company have been back out 3 times and still a shambles, now refusing to answer any of my emails. The owner phoned and threatened to sue me. Avoid at all costs, I now have to go down legal route. Worst company I have ever dealt with. My advice stay away from this company."
