Palatial Patio Covers is a family owned and operated company, that has been servicing the Las Vegas area since 2014. Starting in 2020, we have expanded into Pahrump and surrounding areas in Nye county. As a smaller company in the big city, we pride ourselves in the quality of our craftsmanship. All of our patio covers are uniquely designed to fit each customer's home, as well as meet all building codes your jurisdiction enforces. We also care about our relationships with our customers, which is why we don't have any salesmen on our team. The two owners of Palatial Patios Covers will personally come out to provide the in home estimate as well as build the covers. As a more tight-knit company, we have the ability to ensure quality with each cover we put up.
"I contacted several contractor 3, came to give me an estimated, and one told me he would give me price over phone . No thank you. Anthony called me with in hours. No pressure when I said I was getting quotes. He went and measured told me how much and explained what he would do gave me choices of style and color. He said if I decided to go with him to just call him and he would be back and get it all set up. Anthony came back did the contract verified again to make sure what I had chosen was the same as when we first talked. Anthony was very professional. They did a good job left the place like it was. Gave me approximate time when they would do the job. I Was very pleased with my patio looks very nice. Thank you Anthony it was a pleasure doing business with you."

"Had Joseph Coleman come to give me a bid. Nice and knowledgeable young man. From there it was downhill. Office lady who answers the phone could be a truck driver. No customer skills whatsoever. Joseph did not return my multiple calls for a price. His office provided cell doesnot work- he said he didn’t know when they would have it fixed. Finally two weeks later he called and gave me a verbal bid, no drawings. I requested from the gruff office lady that he call or email the written bid. I was planning to go with this company and the bid was about $8k. Joseph said it would also take over 6-8 weeks.Today I spoke to the no personal skills lady on the phone and said I have to go with someone else. My overall take is they are having financial problems and I would stay awY from this company. It could be they have so much business they can afford to lose some."
