He also was able to anchor my propane grill and table without risk to the deck as these articles get thrown around in windy and stormy weather. He provided a generous warranty. "They came out and gave us a quote. They didn't have a formal contract just something Jose wrote up. We agreed to the quote but after reviewing it we felt we couldn't go through with the project. We contacted Jose the next day to advise him we would not be able to go through with the work and he said he would HOLD the 1000.00 check we have given him. The following week I went into tour bank account the stop payment on the check and found that Jose had cashed it two days after he said he would hold it. They did an excellent job making the space beautiful and professionally done. They respected our home and cleaned up better than expected each day. Of course, there were unexpected issues that arose that were dealt with without concern such as having to shore up not plumb walls. The price wasn’t cheap but was reasonable. In all, they did an excellent job."
