Odum Construction took on a challenging renovation of a 1,200 square foot, 45 year old condo, including tile flooring throughout, replacing the kitchen and two full baths, including cabinets, quartz countertops, lighting, frameless shower doors, rewiring, reconfiguring and updating closets and adding a washer/dryer inside the unit.
