"The tech who came out, Brandon, knew his business backwards and forwards. He explained things in detail, but in a way I could understand. The garage door spring were faulty and were put in by a less reputable company some time ago. They were not the right tension. The hinges were also in bad shape. One of the rollers was even the wrong type of roller. No wonder the garage door sounded like it was an earthquake. Brandon installed a quality spring which was the appropriate tension for the double garage. He also installed hinges and new rollers. He then greased the parts that needed to be. Our garage door is in wonderful shape. This guy is the real deal. I would hire him again in a second."
