"When it appeared I had a serious leak from the air-conditioner I called and John came the same day. After a thorough inspection a follow up appointment was scheduled to clean the coil. When John came to clean the coil, we discuss what happened between visits. He concluded the problem was not with the air conditioner but with the water tank which is immediately below. We came to a mutual agreement on a course of action which involved postponing cleaning the coil. I was most impressed with John's honesty and that he did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about the situation as well as his reasonable approach to problem-solving. He was more than fair about charging for the service call. I also purchased a service agreement from his company. I prefer supporting local business as opposed to large companies.
