Sameer Asmar and Joe Aponte were so professional, friendly and helpful, and they worked with us and persevered through quite a few challenges during the project, making accommodations wherever possible. The crews worked hard and fast. There was a lot more wood replacement needed than anyone imagined before the old roof was removed. One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing."

We are an exterior company that specialized in roofing, siding, gutters and company in the insurance claims process, but will also preform cash jobs as well. We require 1/2 of the project once shingles arrive and final payment once the job is completed. There is select financing available, but we will review this on a case by case basis.

Bob Stephens, the Estimator of Kennedy Construction Groups, came out to look at the problem. After his inspection it was determined that the job was not a fit with his company. Even knowing he would not get the job he spent about 45 minutes offering a doable solution, explaining some of the things to be aware of when hiring roofers in FL, gave us a deeper understanding of the use of solar panels on roofs, and some very useful information about government programs to help consumers with the costs of replacing their roofs. He was very professional, knowledgeable & pleasant with a good sense of humor. Kennedy C.G. will be our 1st choice when the time comes to replace the roof on our house, but hopefully that time will not happen for a while."

A slate roof is made of thin, even slices of natural slate stone laid over the roof frame and base layer.
