"I've used Jose four times in five years and have been very pleased every time. If it's a big job he brings enough people to get the job done quickly. The work is clean, his pricing fair and very competitive. He is good at communicating and offering options. He has always been on time and finished the job on time or ahead of time. I would definitely recommend him."

"Dennis from Panico called me within 5 minutes after submitting my issue on HomeAdvisor! After talking with Dennis, we set up an appointment for them to pump out our Septic tank. Final arraignments were made through Lauren who was very personable! The technician crew arrived who very professional and personable also! They explained the workings of a septic system s to me in detail (as a retired engineer I love detailed explanations). Pumping took less than an hour, but it turned out we also had a blockage in our drain somewhere suspected close to the septic tank waste inlet. It was decided to use a small snake and enter through the waste dump in the septic tank. The clog was found about 8 feet into the drain and was cleared in about 15 minutes. This saved a couple hundred dollars instead of removing the toilet as normal procedure and running a snake that direction. We were very happy the problem was solved quickly saving us money. These folks are VERY honest and enjoy the work they do! I would recommend them to anyone; they are an outstanding awesome company!"

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."

"Mac's Plumbing is wonderful. The prices are lower than the competition and the work was exceptional. Mario cleared out our main sewer line which resolved minor issues before they became major ones. I would recommend Mac's Plumbing to everyone. Go here before a business like Roto-Rooter. Thank you Mario Garcia. I was wonderful doing business with your. Fast and efficient."

Costly damage can occur to the system as well as the potential to pose a serious health risk to you and your family. \n\nDoes the pump tank need to be pumped as well as the septic tank?\nYes, although not as often as your septic tank. You should get the pump tank pumped with every 2nd or 3rd septic tank pumping depending on the size and usage of your system. \n\nDo I need to clean the filters in my septic tank?\nYes. Filters should be cleaned every 6 months to 1 year. \n\nWhat does it mean when the sink or bath begins to back up or gurgle?\nYour septic system is beginning to experience problems. The pump may be failing, the lines may be clogged, or the drainfield may not be draining correctly. Getting your septic tank pumped will most likely alleviate these problems. \n\nI've heard I shouldn't do all of my laundry at one time. Is this true?\nThat is correct. Washing all of your laundry at one time, as well as other daily that require heavy water use causes excessive water discharge into the septic system known as "Hydraulic Overload" and is the number one killer of drainfields. \n\nWhat types of things should I avoid putting in my system?\nGrease, paints, automobile fluids, excessive citrus products, feminine hygiene products, baby wipes, condoms, strong medicines such as antibiotics, bleach and Downy and Snuggle water softeners are only some of the items that can cause harm to your septic system. \n\nDoes using my garbage disposal hurt my septic system?\nWe highly recommend not using a garbage disposal with a septic system as they are very hard on the system. They require a great amount of water to use, contribute to solid build-up in your tank requiring more frequent pumping, and chop particles up so fine they neither sink nor float in the system clogging filters and drain lines. \n\nMy broker requires a Real Estate Certification stating my tank has been pumped in order to sell. Do you offer this service?\nYou bet! When you call to schedule an appointment just let us know what you need and we can perform the inspection as well as pump your septic tank at the same time.
