The first scheduled time for installation, no one showed up or called to let me know no one was showing. Then after waiting over a month to reschedule without a single call or email, I finally had to reach out on a mine own. The final job turned out terrible. Stay away - far away - at least for windows."

It was his easy demeanor, communication skills, and his openness and willingness to answer any and all questions. Also, for his Angi list reviews, the material samples presented and their quality, and his confidence to totally hide an exposed beam where others could not. This made for a smooth, and consistent looking deck ceiling. It was also where he fell in line regarding pricing. He was neither the least nor most expensive and quoted a higher quality deck material than all the other contractors. His quote included top of the line Trex deck boards with hidden fasteners vs. the others who quoted standard pressure treated lumber and exposed fasteners.
