It was so sweet of him to go out and ask him to be gentle because of the noise. Me being a huge animal lover, made me appreciate the business even more. They did the best they could with the situation at hand. Other than one leaky spot that the wrong piece was ordered, and promised to take care of, I highly recommend this company.
