With a combined experience of more than 25 years in the construction industry the owners and managers are very knowledgeable in every phase of building construction. SNS Construction was established in 2018. Prior to that, I worked for two contractors during the previous five years. Born and raised in California, my family moved to Nevada County in 1999. I went to Deer Creek, 7 Hills and graduated with a Bachelors at Sonoma State in Accounting. I also hold a Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine. My family is filled with contractors in a variety of industries. As a former collegiate athlete, staying active with my profession was the only option. I have a passion for construction. Our satisfied customers come from Grass Valley, Penn Valley, Auburn, Smartsville, Colfax, Yuba City, Browns Valley, and Weimar, California. Helping hand, home and extra services. Basic work at home include cleaning maintenance lawn care and painting. Extra services include Auto painting and detailing. Other services are listed but not exclusive unless you have inquired and verified the service needed.

Maintenance Plus has been in business since 1985. We have a crew of 4-5 maintenance technicians and 2-3 painters. We have a first hour minimum of $78 and then charge out at 1/4 increments of $50 per hour thereafter. Maintenance Plus is locally owned and operated.
