"Celtic Construction replaced our front exterior entry door with a new door and hardware. Ryan supervised all of the work and provided options which improved the overall project. Old wood sill was replaced and jambs were extended to address uneven interior walls of our 1965 bi-level. Celtic lives up to their name, fitting new work to existing conditions requires skill and craftsmanship. I highly recommend them and I am a professional engineer with 26 years of experience in construction. Celtic is now scheduled to replace our old wood columns with new fiberglass columns. First they will be shop painting prior to installing to achieve a factory spray finish. Great company to work with, punctual, neat, professional and stayed on budget. Kudos!"

"Dave and his team were wonderful to work with. We met with several contractors for our new deck and Dave was recommended by our architect. He was extremely responsive and we found his rates were comparable to others we received. We were stalled for a while due to Covid, but once our permit was approved, Dave kicked off work for us the next week. He was very communicative, sharing updates, hiccups (fortunately not too many - usually product delays), and recommendations. I can't say enough good things about his crew. They always arrived on time and worked diligently. They also indulged the many questions my husband and I had! A built-in window seat that measures four feet in width will seat two adults comfortably or let one person stretch out. Ideal dimensions are 17 to 20 inches in depth and 16 to 21 inches in height to ensure a balanced design and optimal comfort. Make sure your window seat isn't higher than the bottom of your window for a harmonious look in your space.
You might need a building permit to install your window seat. Even though it's an indoor modification, some municipalities require permits for any built-in seating that is added to residential properties. Check with your local building authorities and your professional carpenter to ensure you're in compliance and avoid any potential penalties.
