We purchased our current home in 2018 as the second owners and almost immediately added a Sunsetter ® Motorized Awning for shade. "I signed a contract on 07/01 and was promised a completion date from August 26 to September 29. The date came and went with no contact from the company. I set a second and third completion date that came and went with no contact with the company. I contacted them a fourth time, and we set up a fourth completion date with the understanding that if they could not complete it, I would get a refund within 3 business days. Again, this date passed and I got no contact from the company. I contacted them to make arrangements for my deposit to be refunded in full. They asked me to set up a fifth completion date, and they are now saying my deposit is not refundable. I want my deposit refunded in full and do not want to be in contact with a company that does not keep its promises. "

The room started leaking not long after it was installed, and instead of taking responsibility, they’ve been quick to place blame on everything but their poor craftsmanship. They’ve pointed fingers at my roof, the nails, and even the shingles—completely unrelated issues—just to avoid admitting fault. To make matters worse, their responsiveness has been appalling. It took months of relentless calls and emails just to get them to show up and inspect the issue. When they finally did, their solution was to deflect yet again rather than address the real problem. The entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. If you’re considering working with this company, think twice. I wouldn’t wish this kind of stress and disappointment on anyone."

"Phillip and his team at Perfect Circle Construction did a great job! The pipe to my outside faucet kept bursting when it got too cold and my dining room door leaked water into my basement. Phillip was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick. The flashing around the door was bad causing wall and door frame damage that needed replacing. The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! I would hire Perfect Circle Construction again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!"
