"Most of us like spending time outside when the weather is nice, and nothing fits that desire better (for us older folks) than a covered back deck or patio. We purchased our current home in 2018 as the second owners and almost immediately added a Sunsetter ® Motorized Awning for shade. That was a start; however, it didn’t protect us from the bugs, and we wanted it to be taller with a ceiling fan large enough to keep us cool. So, in the middle of last year, my wife Diana started looking at contractors that could cover and screen in a small (10’ X 16’) back deck. We planned to relocate the motorized awning to the concrete patio that was adjacent to the back deck (so we didn’t waste the awning!). My wife, Diana, chose DDR. The Managing Partner, Jesse Haffley, came to see what we wanted and, on the spot, based on the decisions that he led us through, was able to give us a fixed price quote. The room started leaking not long after it was installed, and instead of taking responsibility, they’ve been quick to place blame on everything but their poor craftsmanship. They’ve pointed fingers at my roof, the nails, and even the shingles—completely unrelated issues—just to avoid admitting fault. To make matters worse, their responsiveness has been appalling. It took months of relentless calls and emails just to get them to show up and inspect the issue. When they finally did, their solution was to deflect yet again rather than address the real problem. The entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. If you’re considering working with this company, think twice. I wouldn’t wish this kind of stress and disappointment on anyone."

"Phillip and his team at Perfect Circle Construction did a great job! The pipe to my outside faucet kept bursting when it got too cold and my dining room door leaked water into my basement. Phillip was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick. The flashing around the door was bad causing wall and door frame damage that needed replacing. The water getting in caused the insolation to get damp and freeze. Then the CPVC pipe would burst. He walked us through the pricing of repairs and added recommendations to help keep costs down. Work was done in a week after receiving the door and the replacement door is a dream to use. Phillip and team were professional throughout and had open communications. With repairs to the walls, faucet pipe, and door, my basement is now warmer and I don't have water everywhere! So far we've survived single digit temps without issue! I would hire Perfect Circle Construction again if the need arose. Thank you for a job well done!"
