"Cody Wayne Hansen was quick to give a good bid and quick to collect payment after a new metal roofing job. I was on the roof doing some winterization of my home and I could see Cody did not do the work he said he did. Cody said the roof was vented, but I did not see the venting Cody described. I consulted with another roofer who told me what to look for in venting a metal roof. I do not see the venting Cody said he did and I do not see the venting the other roofer said to look for. I watched several videos on about metal roof venting and I do not believe Codys work is up to accepted industry standards. I have sent Cody several text messages and voice messages over the last more than a month. Cody refuses to contact me. I would like for Cody to contact me so this can be resolved, but I do not believe he will. 06-01-24 Follow up to initial review I had another roofing professional vent the roof that Cody Hansen did not do. He also inspected Cody Hansens work. The roofer said Cody Hansen did a very poor job. There were parts of the roof that were not sealed properly and several of the metal roof panels that were not screwed down. To fix Cody Hansen poor work has cost me an additional couple thousand dollars. Please save yourself the headache and additional expense and DO NOT HIRE Cody Hansen. Also, I found out from the state occupational licensing division that Cody Hansen did not secure the proper building permits to do the initial work. The state fined him for not getting the permits. Very unprofessional, shady company."

We do all types of roofing however we specialize in flat roofs we are approved by the manufacturer for membranes and coating systems. Do you know the average flat roof last approximately 10 years. We install 20 to 30 year systems. The state of Utah has no qualifications to get your license you do not need to know how to roof to get your license. You need something to prove you know how to install a roof that is why you need to be approved by the manufacturer. There is only about 10 percent of the roofing company's that are approved by the manufacturer. It is to your best Interest to have any company bidding your project show in writing they are an approved applicator. Approved applicators have to put the system on the correct way. Most roofing companies can not be approved due to the stringent application methods. Dont settle for substandard roofs when you can get the best system for your money.

They did my roof the right way and had to fix the mess made of my roof by the last roofer cutting corners and costs I'm sure. You get what you pay for and when you want your roof to last 30 years because it was done the right way with superior materials this is the company you want to go with. I highly recommend this company. Oh and I have a 20 year guarantee in righting on top of it all."

"Landrock Electric has done numerous projects in our home, and I always call Landrock when we run into electrical problems. Blake installed our level two electric car charger, and I was so surprised at how reasonably priced the install was. He has also fixed several of our sockets, and installed multiple canned lights. Our home was built in 1995, so we needed upgrades in our lighting. And he has been amazing every time! He is a great communicator, and he knows his stuff!"
