"The owner of JNJ Lawn Service, Jose Noguera, has been exploiting my elderly parents for the last 3 years and cannot be trusted. My parents paid over $26,000 in 3 years to JNJ Lawn Service averaging $8000-$10,000 for lawn service. I live out of state and did not realize how bad my fathers dementia had become until after my mother passed away in March 2022. Afterwards, I started to handle my fathers finances and soon realized he has been paying these large sums of money to JNJ Lawn Service. I spoke to the owner, Jose, after I noticed a recent check for $8200 and first assumed it was an error and should have been for $82. Jose said it was correct and my father had prepaid for the year. My parents lawn is not that large and in no way justifies that amount. I asked for invoices from Jose and he has not sent one. I also immediately canceled his service and asked for the money back, but he refused claiming he already spent it. My father was in the hospital/nursing home and has since passed away. I have been working with a mediator said he was disgusted when he read my case. Both the mediator and I have tried to work with Jose for a refund, but he still refuses claiming my parents gifted him the money. Do not use JNJ Lawn Service!!"
