The guy said he was available that day and he was at our office within 15 minutes (I was shocked at how fast he got there). This was a separate appliance (clothes washer) but we were fortunate to have the same technician, Tomasz, who greatly helped with our refrigerator early this past year. A true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable technician, Tomasz was able to get our washer functioning again but also provided us a genuine assessment that we should start to think about replacing it due to age and progressive repairs that he sees coming.
