Everything was done in a timely manner. They are open to suggestions throughout the project and suggestions are made as well. We touched on everything and the end result is amazing. But there was something about his delivery he was very professional very patient very detailed it was flawless and exceptional his professionalism stayed with me and I kept his company number. Unfortunately the first Company did not work out they did not deliver as plan let’s just say that. "WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call.
