"I hired Nilton and his company Pro Touch Construction to help completely demolish and renovate my 2BD 2BA 900 sq ft condo when I originally purchased it. The project included: - Complete demo of each room - Kitchen expansion and remodeling - Appliance installation (dishwasher, sink, stove, etc) - Complete remodeling of both bathrooms - Converting a stand up shower in one of the bathrooms to a walk-in shower - Brand new electrical and plumbing work (including installing in-wall speakers throughout the condo) - Install new vinyl flooring - Repainting the entire unit - Etc One of the things that stood out the most for me with Nilton is that he took the time to meet with me (several times) at the condo when I first purchased it. I had spent time designing each room with an interior designer using Pinterest photo albums and other inspiration I had found. But I also had a very fixed budget which not only did he make work but he consulted me on things I should consider to save costs (including going with vinyl flooring vs hardware floors). As shown in the photos, Nilton and his crew completed the project to absolute perfect. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful my condo looked after he finished the job. And it's been 4 years and I still get compliments to this day from everyone who comes by to visit!
