Besides the beauty of it, which really is only at its beginning stages since it hasnâ  t bloomed yet, the customer service was perfection, bar none. I am very particular when it comes to customer service. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner as were all correspondences. This is extremely important. The project was started and completed in a day and a half and John was very flexible when I decided that I wanted to add more plants and continue the design more than originally planned. He had purchased a good looking bungalow which he had repainted but the place was so overgrown that you could not even see the house. Was able to set up appointments for bids and met with local landscapers during our visit over Thanksgiving. Graham was easy to work with, pricing was so much better than another firmâ s quote that we were blown away. He did a wonderful job clearing and mulching the area. With the overgrown bushes out of the way, we will now be able to plan the next stage. The balance of the project was to build a stone path leading to a firepit. Not just any ordinary firepit but one that would be "smokeless". I showed Joe a video of what I would liked built and his men were able to craft one exactly to my specifications. End result turned out better than we hoped for! "We had a portable carport installed for our RV. The installers sat it on blocks and rocks as my yard is unleveled. We were told by the gravel layers that it was level. Anyway, Robert came out to the house about 3 times to discuss different options. I can not be HAPPIER... it went from a total embarressment how the installers left it, to looking like it was meant to be. Im so proud of it now.
