"this place SUCKS Chase from king came to the house spent 15 min here telling me the whole time how amazing they are and dropping names and jobs they did .. told me 3 days ago ill have an estmate in 2 days, then calls me on day 3 to tell me ill have it at 6pm, then tells me ill call you on day 4 to go over it .. bro i dont need you to call me to go over it i need you to actually email and send it so i can review it then tells me how amazing they are and they stand for quality and service this clown does nothing but believe the garbage he spits... oh also called the office to get a follow up and they dont even know he was here to do an estimate, in fact 15 min after he left they called to sched an estimate.. this is a joke and circus of an organization .. bait and switch we need to talk to you before we give you a price .. what kind of BS is that .. stay away and stay far away from that clown chase."

My wife and I purchased a fixer upper and didn’t realize how much work would need to be done but the guys over at Nicholas contracting were extremely helpful in walking us through everything that we needed. Everyone we dealt with were polite and professional. We agreed on a timeline and they exceeded our expectations and made the entire project stress free. Would highly recommend this company and we look forward to using them again in the future!"

"Impact roofing and Siding is exceptional! The owner, Rob, informed me they would be at my home at 7:00 AM. Being we have had contractors in past, I actually expected them to show up around 7:30. I was wrong. Rob and his crew showed up at 6:50 am ready to get started. Immediately when they arrived I received a text from Rob saying they were here. Rob, the owner, prepared me the day before that a dumpster would be placed exactly where he stated it would be the day of the consultation, and to place my car in a location where I could have access to leaving my driveway for work. Leaving for work, he met me outside and set the exact plan for the day and the expectations as well, including the time frame he would be at the house to oversee the project to when his crew would be finished. He informed me they would clean up as if they weren’t even here and they did just that. During the day Rob sent me multiple photos of the work being completed, and the status of the job. I was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and tenacity. Once the job was complete I was sent an image of the completed work. Rob informed me he will be back to our home once I got home from work and asked me what would be the best time? Within half an hour of getting home from work Rob was at my home with me reviewing the work and explaining thoroughly the events of the day, to which I knew most of being he channels his customers in during the course of the project. We walked around the entire home as well. He also took the time to take photos of the roof, both before and after, with his drone, showed them to me and will be sending them to me electronically. This was a great experience over all. I’m incredibly grateful we found such a reliable company, owner and crew. Replacing a roof can be stressful however, Rob and his crew made this process seemless and reassuring. Thank you impact roofing and siding! I highly recommend them!"

"I am extremely dissatisfied with Power Home Remodeling, and I am at a loss for where to begin.​ I added 2 pictures with the rest of my review to describe every detail of our siding and windows projects as it was too long to post here. PLEASE REVIEW THE 2 PICTURES I ATTACHED WITH THE DETAILS BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Overall, the work is subpar at best! It's not worth the money. In my profession, I've been a project manager; I would've never signed off on an incomplete and unprofessional job like this. It's a rushed and botched job. I called Power Home Remodeling this morning (4/3/25) to request they come out to fix 2 things that were obvious to the eye. The earliest they can come is June 13, 2025. Then, when my electrician was here to give me a quote on hooking up our pool, he noticed that the electrical work he had done on the outside of the house (clamping down the new wires to our updated electrical panel) - Power Home Remodeling left all the electrical wires unclamped! Then when we were in the backyard, and I was looking at the back of the house, I started to notice a lot of things out of place. Gaps in the siding, bulging siding, siding that is coming out of place, etc. Remind you, the siding was only done in October 2024, and it's April 2025! Now I have to call Power Home Remodeling again to let them know that I caught 28 additional things besides the 2 things I called them about this morning. Again, this job was not worth the money; they sold us on things that we truly didn't have, like a dedicated project manager who would check the completed project, and there was such a lack of professionalism. I've worked with many contractors in the past, and by far, this was the absolute worst experience! The company has provided poor service and unprofessional work. Even though a Project Manager finally came out in October 2024, it's April of 2025 and I've noticed 30 additional things that they did not notice (it's their job to find these flaws in the project). Not only did they fail to meet basic expectations, but they also sold us on promises, such as the presence of a dedicated project manager, which they did not fulfill. We deserve to have these issues resolved promptly, and they should significantly reduce our bill (by thousands of dollars) to reflect the subpar work. We paid $44,000 for a project that was rushed and poorly executed. I will be escalating this matter to corporate and intend to pursue this issue until it is resolved."
