Air Duct - clean and Inspect, Dryer Vent - Clean and Inspect, Chimney & fireplace - Clean and Inspect
"Did very clean work. He masked off the fireplace with a rubber drape, then used his shop vac to vacuum out the ashes. No ashes escaped into the living room. The back firebox wall has cracked mortar and needs replacing to prevent a fire. Then he went up onto the roof to inspect the chimney and took pictures of the roof, chimney, cap, and chimney itself. No repairs needed to the chimney but will return to replace the fire place back wall"

"Daniel did a great job. He repaired my chimney crown and installed a cap. Our fireplace had major repair work done. This included brick work, and a glass door. We decided to upgrade the fireplace from wood burning to a gas log system and lava rock . Now it looks beautiful."

"Since our house is so close to their office, owner Rico came out the same day I called. Using his high-tech drone, I watched as he was able to quickly video and take still photos of the top of my chimney to assess the damage and determine the work that needed to be done. He was able to quote me a price that was much, much less than the quote I obtained from another company a few days earlier. A couple of hours later his crew of 3, that had just finished a project across town, called to let me know they were on the way. Within a little over an hour they were able to completely resurface the crown with quick dry cement and sealer. They brought the metal cap down and we determined that all it needed was a fresh coat of black spray paint. While up there, they also filled in some holes in the grout on the brick walls of the chimney. Once the job was complete, the foreman got back on the roof and took pictures of the finished product for me to see. The crew was courteous and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Thank you Instant Chimney!"

"the service provider/laborer was very polite, knowledgeable, and well prepared to service my chimneys. He made certain to cover furniture and area where he was working with a drop cloth so as little dust or debris was on my furniture. He treated me with the utmost respect, explained exactly what he was doing, and gave his opinion prior to leaving. Excellent well informed gentleman"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
